How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find "ResetNow Pro"
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ResetNow Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open ResetNow → Settings → Tap "Restore Purchases"
Is my data private and secure?
Yes! All your personal data stays on your device. We don't collect or store your journal entries, mood data, or personal information.
