Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ResetNow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ResetNow for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Medical Disclaimer
Important: ResetNow is a wellness tool designed to help manage everyday anxiety and stress. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in the App
- If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately
Subscription Terms
ResetNow Pro Subscription
ResetNow offers auto-renewable subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
- Yearly Subscription: Billed annually
Free Trial
New subscribers may be offered a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Your Subscription
Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple ID settings:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ResetNow Pro
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any term.
Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com
User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's code or systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of ResetNow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, are owned by ResetNow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
Content you create within the App (journal entries, mood logs, etc.) remains your property. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. You are responsible for backing up your content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResetNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your device
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
- Any errors or omissions in content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResetNow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Apple-Specific Terms
For users who access the App through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ResetNow, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
